Sorry I have a break the bad news to you but that's a Decline. If you get approved is always is instantly. If you get the 30 day message which later will try to the seven day message it's always a decline.
Wow, please don't post misinformation like this.

I got 30 day messages for my last 3 cards and was approved within 10 hours of application.

Stop lying buddy unless you call the reconsideration hotline and work your charm I doubt it. 5/24 Will prevent you from getting a Chase card. People will lie and make stuff up. I was the decline when I got that message and I have a very good score of 750. Under 10% utilization and no derogatory's or late payments on my account. I have to many credit cards 32 to be exact. I know firsthand that it's a decline. I got stuck with a hard inquiry for nothing because people like you lying and not be honest.
I have to disagree as well. I got the 30day message for the ink cash, then called the next day for an update and got approved.

Maybe YOU got rejected, but don't speak for all of us.

For those who don't know already (that was me till a google ago), "5/24 rule" means: Chase may not approve you for a new Chase card if you have opened 5 or more credit cards in the last 24 months. This even if you have an excellent or perfect credit score.

I think TVM925 should be BANNED from any posting for posting misleading information.

Few months back when I applied for INK Business caed 80K points I got the same 30 notice and even a letter next week. I never called them in less than 15 days I received card in the mail.
If you call reconsideration line most people have been approved after few questions

If you are 5/24 you will be declined. Other than that you will be approved if you have a good credit score. That 30 day message after application is submitted is almost a sure thing for anyone. My experience: I applied for the business ink cash card, got 30 day message, got a call from chase business after 3 days and they went over few details, card approved with 10k credit line.
If you have a business it's a sure thing, if you don't have a business you just have to be prepared to answer appropriately.

What happened to you was a rarity. One out of 100 people that applied for this card rarity like that will happen.
Read your initial comment ( Totally MISLEADING)

I have the Chase Ink Business card that I need to close soon to avoid the annual fee. Would I be able to move all of my UR points from that card to this one?
