I have both the 3/8 and the 1/4. They are the same except for the head. I highly prefer the 1/4. A 3/8 to 1/4 adapter is long and kills getting into tight spaces, whereas if you are working with 3/8" size sockets you generally have more room and a 1/4 to 3/8 adapter is shorter. I would definitely trade my 3/8 for another 1/4. I will also say the 3/8 is often cheaper and this is a great deal on the 1/4.

I use mine for working on cars. The M12 impact wrench is also nice for taking off smaller bolts.

Use mine every day as an automotive technician. Couldn't live without it, one day I'll upgrade it to the fuel version though.

They've got Milwaukee pens for $0.99 and line levels for $1.21. I grabbed a line level to qualify for free shipping. I have too many pens.
