Different variation to the card, but also about 200 bucks more than the office max deal from earlier today.

Completely different design though. The office max deal (now expired)was for the old single blower known to run very hot. This is for one of the highest rated 1080 ti models. Solid deal here.

But this one will actually ship. Given OD's history with GPU deals, most if not all will not ship...

Good luck with the OD deal. I've tried three times in the past and gotten cancelled orders every time. I'm crossing my fingers but with how anything in the memory or GPU department sells like hotcakes with crypto mining, I'll have this as a backup.

And as much as I'd love to see the 1100 series blow the current competition out of the water, my fear is they'll be in just as much or higher demand once they release for the same reasons the current GPUs are overpriced. Only a select few will actually be fortunate enough to get them at the actual MSRP.

OD called me to verify my order, I said it was legit and the girl said "thanks" and hung up. I'm hoping that means I'll get it.

You can pay $30 with that $570 1080 Ti, and add a oem asetek to get the same cooling. Better in my opinion.

Am I dumb to be waiting for the MSI Gaming 1080 Ti to drop a little?

Lets bake this deal down to fun factor .

$780 = 1 video card so nose hairs are visable at 60 fps on a huge screen .

$780 of keystone lite 30 packs (diet beer , so its heathley ) = 56.
thats 1680 cans of beer !
It would be like hiting the lottery if word got out about having 1680 beers . So many new friends . may have to change your name .

Definitely not worth $200 difference though
