So I went to pick up some fertilizer at HD and noticed a couple of yellow tags on some more Milwaukee One-Key tools. Picked up the Hammer Drill for $50.03 (Reg. $199, Sale $125) and the 1/4" One Key Impact Driver for $90.00 (Reg. $179, was marked $126 I think). Bare tools both.

Not sure if I'll keep the impact at that price since I already have one. The pile of red boxes in my garage is getting ridiculous.

B&M and YMMV!

Hammer Drill:
The M18 FUEL Hammer Drill features a POWERSTATE Brushless Motor that delivers 1,200 in. lbs. of peak torque and up to 2,000 RPM, providing faster drilling speed under heavy load to increase productivity. At only 7.60 in. in length it is the Most Compact drill in its class, reducing fatigue when used for extended periods of time and allowing access to tight work spaces. REDLINK PLUS intelligence ensures maximum performance and protection from overload, overheating and over-discharge. REDLITHIUM battery packs deliver more work per charge and more work over the life of the pack than the competitors. ONE-KEY enabled, this is the industry's first Hammer Drill that wirelessly connects to a smart phone to provide unlimited customization and control of the tool's performance. The ONE-KEY application features predetermined set-ups for specific fasteners and materials, or provides complete control over output speed and power to customize the tool for the specific application at hand. Once the desired output performance is reached, the custom profile is then saved to the memory of the tool and the connection to the smart phone is no longer necessary. The tool's memory supports up to 4 custom profiles that can be easily accessed with the touch of a button on the tool.

This was in San Antonio. Wasn't sure if I should bother to post since my last one of these clearance deals received a bunch of TDs despite being legit, but to clarify for those who think brickseek or calling is of any use, when I asked if they had more, they checked inventory and said it actually showed -1 after my purchase, which I had to get the guy to fetch from the nosebleed shelves after spotting it myself. So possibly employees are hiding them and zeroing-out the inventory on the system, but they can still be found.

I just picked up the Hammer drill at the 50.03 price. Yellow clearance tag, normal shelf location. Located in WI. Had several left. My standard M18 drill is still working fine, but I'm happy to upgrade to the Fuel line. Thanks OP TU.

It's not an advertised deal. These are clearance items which vary from store to store. I've linked to the products so you can have details and the sku, but without hitting the stores, there's no way to know what's available and the current price.

Anyone have any luck on the clearance Milwaukee deals on the West coast? It seems like everyone that's found this or the miter saw, is either Midwest or East coast.

Nothing in the Bay Area or the West Coast. Went in to all the stores in East Bay as well as San Mateo, Colma and no luck.

This is still valid, provided you can locate a clearance store via Brickseek, but the combo deal is still better which includes additional batteries
