I bought this brand new from the Walmart deal. Not as much suction as I thought and the battery goes quick when you press turbo. It takes 3 1/2 hours to recharge.

The V6 has a 20 minute runtime (at regular power) without a motorized tool while the V7 runtime is 30 minutes. The V7 has an updated canister dump system that is also 25% (0.1 liter) larger than the V6. The V7 also has an updated tool connections that are not compatible with V6 attachments without a special 3rd party adapter.

Snagged the Dyson V6 with motorized head from Walmart for $75 a couple months back. Run time is a little bit of a headache. You'll need to charge it every time you use it for anything serious or you'll run out of juice during your next project. Performance is solid though and it's pretty impressive next to my Dyson Multifloor 2 in terms of cleaning power. Mind you it's not as good but for the size and convenience, it's damn close.
