Thanks, coupon worked.
Needed something to allow me to go through a box of old IDE drives. Hope it works well.

Which brand? I've already found 2 identical ones, but they're in the 20s

https://www.amazon.com/WEme-Adapt...B00MVRS38Q

Edit: Just did some comparison shopping for a similar multi-tool like this (not just SATA) and this was the best price I found vs. Amazon, Ebay, and AliExpress.

Not sure where you were looking, but 5 seconds on ebay shows this guy for $11.

They're under $12 all day long. This is not slick by a long shot. Maybe the brand is better, but it's a pretty simple device and I've never had one of the cheap ones go bad.

If you just need SATA for $4.

Your first link is USB 2.0 not USB 3.0. I have one of those and it's really really slow.

Your 2nd link is SATA-only and will only work for SSDs, it won't provide enough power for many HDDs. There are versions of that with a 2nd USB plug to provide extra juice.

So, I stand by my statement. For what this unit is & does, I can't find a better price.
