Or go to walmart and get the 98 cent brand. How does SD negotiate with kmart to issue a rebate on such a random item?

Unless they've recently changed active ingredients or proportions, Excederine Migraine is exactly the same as Excederine Extra Strength. Only difference is the label.

Directions are different, too. Excedrin Migraine has directions on the bottle to reflect those who are using it for migraines, in which if you are experiencing migraines frequently enough, you should see the doctor. Excedrin extra strength includes directions for pain not associated with migraines. But yes, active ingredients are technically the same.

99 Cent Store sells same exact stuff it might be only 12 instead of 24 but it's brand name Excedrin

I thought I was going nuts trying to figure this out how one says migraine and other says Extra Strength but the ingredients are exactly the same , l o l o l marketing . . .

Painkillers and toothpaste were marketing 101 examples. All of these products contain essentially the same ingredients except they all have different bullcrap and colors on the box.
