I'd put the price in the title, but that looks like a pretty good deal!

Not too shabby for the price. 60hz refresh. Here's the Rtings review:

Went and looked at it a week ago, and it was just meh and not much brightness. Probably slightly better than the run-of-the-mill 50's that are out there, but the Sony 720 series seems miles ahead of the 690 class. So much so, we left the store without it (without the 690) and that was after driving an hour to go look at it.

They also had the brightness and contrast cranked up so there was no room to go and the other preset modes just made it worse.

Just my opinion, but I would save up and get the 720 class version for about $540. When you get to the store and see them side-by-side you'll see what I mean.

Can you edit the title on the app or is it strictly through desktop? Thank you for the advice!

I had the 60" version of this set from Best buy and 60hz on this set is trash. I took it back in less than a week. You have been warned.

I love the Sony high-end TVs this isn't one of them. I think last year's TCL P-Series beats this. If that Best Buy 55in p605 TV is still on sale for 500 I think that TV beats this Sony hands down.

Great price I bought this about 3 months ago when it was $250 off. I had reward points banked so even with a 2 year plan just in case cost me $100. Great LED TV!!! Has a handle in the back that I kept on in case I have to move it. I use a ZVOX surround sound and needed a TV with a stand like this TV has. Very light compared to the 10 yr old LCD that died. Easy set up and adjust to room where placed.

I have this TV as well as the 900 series 65" and I have to say anyone recommending a TCL over this is nuts. I definitely recommend this TV and haven't had any issues with brightness or backlight problems.

How does it stand compared to Samsung TVs when it comes to Smart TV features? Also looks like brightness is an issue?

Been this price for months, I been eyeing it up for monitor use but think 43" would be better so still waiting around. Btw this is one of the best rated TVs for PC usage.
