I own the monitor and have had it for about 6 months - it is a workhorse. I can open up so many windows and not have to worry about a second monitor. I think I actually prefer it this way.

For work it's great - I don't think this resolution would play nice for gaming though.

Yeeeesh, this is tempting. 2560 is so much better putting two web pages or documents next to each other where 1920 can get crowded in some instances. Going to think about this one hard. Good find OP!

What would this be equivalent to? (In terms of two monitors side by side)

There really isn't an equivalent stand alone monitor. It would be two 1280x1080 monitors if you simply split the horizontal resolution in half. That is a resolution I have never seen personally.

For work, hold out for a 2560x1440 (2.5k resolution).

I fit 2 full letter-sized docs side by side and not need to scroll. A while ago there were HP Omen 32" 2.5k monitors for $180-ish. Super good for work, but the 5ms not tops for games, but so is this monitor.

Looks like this is excellent for browsing but not really for gaming...

Any other inputs by others?
This is the most tempting monitor I have seen for a long time (personally)

I have a set and am thinking about getting more.
Good if you typically have a bunch of text in different windows. eg terminals, servers, pdfs

It's a bit small, you might want to consider the 29" version

The 5ms response time is off-putting, and the resolution is a bit off.
