I have some 15 odd sets of these canisters which I store all my kitchen staples in. I bought them couple of years ago for 7.5$ each set. They are not as solid as my mom's unbranded steel canisters that she buys from local market specialising in kitchen supplies. But from what i have found in the US, this is a good quality set for excellent price. The silicone ring comes off at times but it's easy to put it back. The seal is adequate for most staples but I won't store coffee in it or anything that will absorb moisture too easily. They look really good. They practically look the same as they did when I bought them. The only one I have spoiled is because of my mistake - I stored salt in it. The steel surface got rust pits in a few months. Now I store salt in glass jars. Lesson learnt.

Hope this helps those who are considering the canisters. I myself have 15 sets and still considering to go for a few more at this price.

Not true. I have done 6 SD rebates and have gotten every single one of them. Both my brother and my coworker got theirs too.

More than a couple reviews say the canister metal is thin and they don't seal or the seal eventually breaks. Think I'll save for better quality.

I got the cannisters last time around. They are ok. For the price they are good, but the latch is a little cheap feeling, and sometimes gets misaligned and makes it a little annoying to close
