Careful- they lower the "initial" discount before starting a "further" discount to falsefully make you feel you're savings are more than normal. Example- a card may be 10% normally, they bring it to 7.8%, + 5% extra, which may equal 10.2% (I'm no mathematician) but when they do this- it's technically only a TAD bit more than normal. Not to mention the fact that you MUST use it immediately- I've lost more than savings in this company believing a gift card had a balance that it didn't have, followed by me messaging them at a later time (I should have immediately) due to the fact that they had a sale a month before I needed or wanted to use it. BE CAREFUL!!! THEY ALWAYS MESSAGE LIKE THEY CARE, BUT THEY DO NOT!!! THEY GOT THE $$$!!!!

Maybe I'll give them another try, but last time there was a sitewide promotion, I bought a Panda Express gift card. Balance was 0. I e-mailed their dedicated Slickdeals support e-mail and they refunded me (pretty quickly, too.) I bought another. Balance was 0. Rinse, repeat. I think after 4 giftcards, I finally gave up and they removed every Panda Express giftcard from their site.

I was going to skip based on some of the other comments, but evidently they do respond to scams. They are also obviously glacially slow in their response, which is probably why scammers target them. The problem is I don't have any immediate things in mind to purchase for the decently discounted gift cards.

7.8% + (92.2% x 5%) = 7.8% + 4.61% = 12.41% so it's just under half of the apparent discount (2.41% over presale list price). So depending on how you want to look at it, it's another 2.41% real discount off the total price, OR it's a 24.1% increased discount (using 10% discount as the baseline). Big Grin

BTW re your other comment about getting back to the card immediately, that's why I keep passing up these deals and only purchase only if I have a purchase I am going to make immediately. It causes me to pass up tons of deals on giftcards, but after the first time I spend over 2 hours "proving" a card was already zeroed out while it was in the mail to me - I cannot remember what company - for only $5 total added savings, I've decided it wasn't worth the hassle.

DO NOT BUY unless fully use ANY card within 45 days... or on 46th day this also may happen..... this below is typical despite their claims of "state of the art" detection
program....

If you are looking for AMC Theater eCards, Cardpool has better discounts (currently 27.5%).

I do see that Cardcash has 16.69% right now plus 5% which equals 21.69%. However I have seen 21+% as the norm so not a good deal.
