Antec has been selling PSUs for a long, long, long time. Their Earthwatts line was well received, performed and lasted well for years.

yeah I still have an Antec power supply from circa 2003/4 running. Antec is a well know player in the PSU and case game.

Antec make some awesome cases, and have been in the PC game for more than a few minutes. Very safe company.

Never heard of this brand..I am always cautious when it comes to PSU mostly cause I dont wanna mess up all my PC parts
Were you living in the cave or something? If you ever build a pc, then antec would be the go to company back in the day. Now there are some of them out there.

If you don't know anything about PC building, why even bother commenting?

Count me in the Antec fan club. Mine ran continuously for 15 years powering a AMD XP 2400. I finally decommissioned the rig earlier this year when I ran out of room on my rack. It's waiting to get back to work again though Smilie

Is this like an anker knockoff LOL
To be clearer from my previous post, Antec is a seasoned brand for PSU. Check reviews for specific models, like everything in tech, but you are not getting a low-end or unknown brand with Antec. They're solid performers in this area. They also do pretty solid cases.

All I'm saying is you haven't lived the (builder's) life unless you've built a PC in an Antec SX1000, LANBoy and the P180...

Got this power supply few days ago for my build, very reliable and named brand, seemed to be made by seasonic, not very sure, good review from a french site, the noise level is slightly higher than EVGA equivalent under load, this one also supports 2 CPU EPS12V 4+4/8P power connector which some higher end motherboard like the ROG ones I have requires.

Thank you for your feedback. I went ahead and purchased one. The fan appears to be Yate Loon D14BH-12 135mm Fan RPM 1800, 98CFM, and 37dB. Rather have it louder with better air flow then pay $30 extra for a 850w gold and a FDB Fan.
