KMart/Sears have been circling the drain for so long is why. With the rapid increase of closing stores (they've closed quite a few in the past few months), it's not wrong to be hesitant of a deal promising points over a few weeks time.

That said, thumbs up OP. There's one lone kmart in my state (and it only still exists because it's way out in the middle of no man's land and they're basically happy to have anything at all, let alone a Kmart) and it's no where near me. Smilie
