Wow, this is great deal. Have one and love it. Paid double that about 2 years ago. Still my main mashine. It's just don't expect to game on it. It is not gaming mashine, it is business/creatives mashine. On normal use battery last me through the day easily, even after 2 years.
Only thing I hate is that uses proprietary chargeing cord, not usb-c and lacks thunderbolt/USB C. Hope they'll fix that in newer versions if they make one. The book 2 still uses the same charging cord, btw.

You don't need to rely on Newegg reviews for Surface Book.

The reviews do appear weird. Either way, not a good deal.

There's little to no chance that you will be receiving a new one of these. I would place money that they will come in a generic brown box and be used (though possibly in great shape). I actually don't mind buying refurbished stuff, but I want to know in advance what I am getting in to. Check out the most recent reviews of the seller... I'd be willing to bet that earlier reviews were bought: https://www.newegg.com/Digital-and-More/about

Yeah, this looks just like the Rakuten deal I got hosed on last time. I wouldn't suggest this. Gonna be a refurb no question.
