This is a good price..or maybe should be the original price for this strap.
I bought this a few months ago but returned it after a week and bought the Slide Lite v2 (SLL-AS-3) instead. The new Slide Lite v2 is a MUCH better strap IMO. It's a lot more flexible, compact, lighter, and easier to pack/store away compare to this original Slide. Also the Slide Lite v2's "clips" are stronger to secure the heavy setup when walking around. If I'm buying it again..I will pay the extra $10 ($49.99) to get the Slide Lite v2 instead of this deal.

I've tried the Slide Lite v2 with my heaviest setup: Nikon FX + grip + 70-200 2.8f and still handle nicely and comfortable to wear.

Two color options available:
  1. Navy with Caramel Leather
  2. Red with Tan Leather

Camera Strap SL-T-2 from Peak Design is an adjustable camera strap that can be worn as a sling, shoulder, or neck strap. It features Peak Design's unique Anchor Link system to quickly attach and detach the strap from your camera. Two latches on the strap allow for one-handed adjustment to the strap's length from 39" to 54". Great Strap with excellent reviews online.

Nice deal I just picked up mine from REI yesterday, I got it with the 20% coupon at this price. Very comfortable but a bit bulky to put it in the bag (the padded area doesn't flex too much)

This is another option if you don't want to spend what the Peak Design costs. I have it, it's nice and has the neck and the wrist strap.

Anyone own this. With my recent camera I actually don't use a neck strap anymore. I am just looking for something that quickly release when I am using, then probably shoulder strip when not.

This is as good as a strap can get. I have the peak sl2 and i paid $90 for and love it. So at this price this is the best strap you can buy for the money

That's very interesting to know. I have both original Slide Lite and Slide. The Lite is just not very comfortable for my Nikon D500 + 200-500. I need the Slide for that pair. But the Slide is quite bulky when trying to stuff it into my shoulder bag. I believe your setup is even heavier than mine.

How's this compared to the SlideLITE that was on sale from BestBuy a few weeks back? I didn't setup the SlideLITE yet, I'm using the D7000 with a 35mm lens most time.

I have the Slide and I love it. It is hooked up with my 5D IV, an L-bracket, and either 24-70 or 70-200. Love that it allows me to keep the L-bracket attached at any time while attaching it from the bottom Big Grin
