1tb is a lot of data to risk putting on a crap drive.

PNY flash drives are dodgy as shit. Let's put a terabyte on one!

Literally anything but PNY. I've had better experiences with stuff like Adata, and even using an Inland professional one right now. But if you've got the cash to burn Samsung is still the top recommendation.

I would pay $50 more and get the recent Samsung 1Tb deal. The difference in performance and reliability are worth it.

Sandisk 1tb was just 200 at best buy. Much better deal. Better name vs pny.

I have a few of this an d they are fine. Large capacity SSDs tend to be more reliable than smaller ones due to more room for replacing bad sectors.

My cs900 240gb died in 2 months of not very extensive use. Just a word of caution for everyone considering this drive. Also no way of retrieving data.

I would say Samsung, Crucial or Sandisk are your best bet. But that is just my opinion.

Just last week, a PNY ssd failed after just 7 months of normal use. Their terrible customer service refused to honor the warranty. Avoid this brand

Looks like Newegg.com has no more discount...Newegg Flash has it, no promo code needed, same price, free shipping
