That's Amazon Cash (which is how Amazon plans on enrolling the un-banked) whereas this deal is for new Amazon Gift Card buyers/users.

You can do both if you have a new account (and are eligible).

I'm guessing since the word PRIME is in the code you also need to be a amazon prime member?
