Oculus Rift available via Best Buy's eBay store for $319.20 with the PICKDADSGIFT code. Code available until 7pm PT on 6/6/18. My price with NYS tax was $354.61 for a savings of $79.80, with free shipping.

If you add an extra sensor from the Best Buy eBay shop at $59.99 then in NYS your tax will be $40.74 for a total of $407.93. Savings of $91.80.

Please note, the Newegg store has the same price and in most states doesn't charge tax. However, they also have no return policy.

some quick recommendations from someone who has the rift:
if your computer passes the oculus compatibility test, here are a few things I would suggest getting:
a 3rd sensor (if you want to do a solid room scale). it's usually overkill to get a 4th one, but if your play space is huge, then you might need a 4th, but for the most part i am able to play in a 6x7 space with 3 sensors.

Overhead cable management: You can find kits on amazon and stuff. Depending on your ceiling (textured, flat, tiles) you can go about it multiple ways, but I do not recommend using adhesives (usually because paint or porous surfaces end up messing w/ the adhesive's strength). for my home, i actually used magnets (neodymium). Home Depot sells magnets that are attached to a carabiner (again, make sure it's neodymium). I drill a small depression into my ceiling's drywall, just shallow enough that the magnet is barely below flush and i superglued it into the drywall and tossed in a thin layer of spackle. It's almost invisible to the eye so if you want to be able to "take down" your set up and have it look clean, its the way to go. If you don't care about looking discrete, you can also always buy a metal striker plate that screw it right into the drywall and have the magnet stick to that. If you don't care at all about taking it down, you can straight up easily buy a screw in hook and run your cables that way.
2nd part of this is to get a decent retractable lanyard (i'd say a 48" long one would be perfect) for the cable right before it goes to your rift. (this allows the cables to be a little slack, but never low enough to land on your shoulders and provide flexibility). I bought https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0039YY2QM and used a spudger to open up the lanyard and made the coil a lot more weak (so it can move with the cable without me feeling the pull or it affecting the placement of the headset.). I secured the cable with a detachable mini lanyard clip that holds the cable to the lanyard itself and i've played BoxVR, Beat Saber, Sprint Vector, and the Budget Cuts demo without ever feeling the management bothering me.
I know this is a lot, I can try to take pics when I get home from work tonight if anyone is interested.

Cables: depending on your setup, if you go for a 3rd or even 4th sensor, you'll definitely need extension cables. Ideally, if you have enough USB3 ports (that does not share a controller with other sensors) you want an active USB 3 extension cable for each of your sensor as needed. One thing to note: you don't need to have usb 3 on ALL sensors. my 3rd sensor runs of USB 2 and it works just fine. Just make sure you get active extension cables.

Sensors: if you want the sensors to be in a more "permanent" set up, you can easily mount the sensors on your walls. They use 1/4" threads (super duper common) so you can find various different products online that you can get to screw a mount into the wall then toss in a 1/4" screw or a camera mount on.

Faceplate: If you play a lot and start sweating, the foam is kinda gross. I finally caved in and bought 3rd party faceplates from VRCover. they use pleather and when you sweat in it, all you need is to wipe it down and keep playing. If you buy the $50 version on amazon, you'll get 1 less interfacing insert. if you buy the $50 version via their website, you get 1 more (total of 3), but be aware that if you buy from them, make sure your card does not charge a foreign transaction fee. I believe they process it as an international order (they have warehouses in 3 countries and, I believe, plan to fully stock their US warehouses with all the models for quick shipping)

last but not least: Headbands: if you sweat a lot, I highly recommend getting a headband or something to soak up the sweat from your face. a thin one should do the trick so you don't have to constantly take off the headset and wipe your face.

Good luck and enjoy!

Not as good as the newegg 399+$100 gift card, but it's been a good minute since a rift bundle deal came around.

Missed that one! I recently decided to finally grab a VR after trying the Rift out at Best Buy this weekend, so this was a timely deal from eBay for me Smilie

So if I buy this, do I need anything else besides my computer? Like, my computer is connected to my TV in my entertainment center. Is there any kind of special setup I need to make this work? I've been wanting to get a PSVR, but I didn't want to without getting a Pro. I already have a 1070 PC, so this seems like a better investment at the moment, I just don't know what's involved in making it work. Is this everything I'd need and will it work if the PC is in an entertainment center?

I've been researching that as well, seems like this is everything. 3 USB ports, preferably 3.0s, and a VR-capable GPU seem to be the main requirements. If you want to improve the quality of how it reads movements, buying a third sensor/lighthouse is a big help apparently, but I decided to try it with two because I have NYC-sized apartment, heh.

Good advice--I've had terrible experiences with Newegg in the past and they have no return policy through eBay, so I stuck with Best Buy here at the higher price, but for some the tax savings may be worth it.

I'll counter that. Newegg actually has the same return policy on their ebay sales as their regular website. I've had to return two things and no issues either time.

I'd recommend getting a third sensor and some extension cables. There is plenty of information on this if you do some Google searches. I do recommend this set up, though, for this price!

Is a GeForce GTX 1060 Max-Q powerful enough to run VR smoothly? I know it's powerful enough to run a game, but will it produce a high enough FPS so you won't feel dizzy after?

Good to know since their listing states they don't except returns.
