I own the 1st generation of Quiet Comfort 35, those headphones are practically attached to my neck. They are amazing, the battery lasts multiple work days, it has amazing sound quality, works perfectly.

Agreed with the above statement, excellent headphone, especially for the price! I personally prefer this over Sony strictly on both active noise cancellation and comfortability department. Sound quality is the lesser priority for me (if it does for you, get Sony then)

Would you be covered by a warranty since you are not buying from Bose or an authorized retailer?

Don't think so. Probably worth it to spend a bit more from Adorama just to be safe.

I've owned the bose qc35 first gen for quite some time and they were the best until recently. Be careful bc of the latest firmware update for some reason just shuts off the noise canceling you can check the community forum and alot of people have the same problem.

To make it worse, there was a downgrade option from bose, but just recently they took all the old firmware updates beside 1.3.6 & 1.5.1 which have white noise + no noise cancelling. Beware

The poor grammar on their Ebay profile and the fact that they offer a "warranty" which is just a 30 day return policy makes me hesitant to use them. I would advise using an authorized seller instead.

Finally bit. Had the QC25 for a long time and even added one of those cheap bluetooth extenders (~$10 from China) to try and get the BT functionality but just wasn't the same.

No-brainer at this price; hopefully can still sell my QC25s for some $

Heads-up, that is a Series I, hence the slight discount.

I'm not trying to be a jerk but I'm getting hammered with notifications about the eBay promo.

Great headphones, there's 4/5 auctions that will get you to around $250~ for QC 35 II's
