I was able to snag the gold edition at Target for 10.30. May be worth checking.

FYI - you cant play this without a paid PS+ sub.

I own this game (bought it back when i had PS+). It was $10 on a PSN sale.
The digital version goes on sale, on PSN, regularly (4 times this year, so far) the cheapest was $9.89

PS plus is not required. However you will need to pay the subscription for ESO itself

Crappy game! I got it when it came out originally. Was so excited about but all it was was a hypeup and crap once you started to play and then they wanted a monthly fee on top of that. After the first month I said bye bye! Put a bad taste in my mouth!

This used to be true. Originally, the game maker required a sub, while PS+ was not required.

But those two requirements flip-flopped. Now the ESO sub is not required (but it still exists for certain extras) but a paid PS+ is required. It can be a bit confusing, because things have changed.

If you like MMOs this is a great game. If you never played an MMO and are looking for an Elder Scrolls single player game, stay far far away.

I picked this up last summer for around $15.
I found it very enjoyable - there is a TON of content, its easy to pick up and combat is fun.
Very easy to recommend at this price

You should definitely give it another go - if you don't pick it up for $9 here, they do free weekends every now and again.

The game has been SIGNIFICANTLY revamped and it's actually pretty fun now. I would say better than Skyrim in a lot of ways. And no more monthly fee.
