Not a fan of the splitter. It looks uncomfortable and I don't like how the wires split from the side.

This says "iOS", but let it be known, it's a 3.5mm aux pin, NOT a lightning plug for the past 2 years iPhones... Will need the converter Jack...

It looks like a lot of the amazon reviews mention poor build quality and durability. Maybe that's why they're on sale?

Any other suggestions for headphones that have a tip like these and wired with better build quality?

I've had these for almost a year with heavy usage. I use them almost everyday and they're still holding up, although there are moments when the wire would cause my phone to hang up by itself. Sound quality wise, it's not that bad. The best part is the sound isolation.

The beats x are just a bit more are Bluetooth. They also used to include a 30 dollar iTunes gift card. Not sure if they do anymore though.

The bass is super low on these headphones. Other than that, the sound is very clear, but there's a whole lot of "interference" when you walk and the wire bounces around. The cheap materials that they use for the wires these days causes this interference, which was never a problem for earlier versions of Bose in ear headphones.
