It has all the essentials for a road computer and then some. It has I5 CPU which is a good fit since it will give you decent speed without draining battery quickly. M2 solid drive is very nice to have when it comes to speed and power usage.
Looks good on paper.

That's not normal, you likely have an older version of two of windows 10 taking up space, especially if you have recently upgraded to 1803

If you have old mouse and hard drives that work and you like they should work with the new computer. What cables are you thinking you need? A lot of these things are personal preference and as needed items, and are not required.

I have this one with older 7th gen CPU.
It's good, but somewhat middle of the road.

I think you can do better for $750.
There are new models with nano bezels for that price point.

Ideapad 720s might be a good alternative.
13 inch, comparable spec, cheaper price, and nano bazel.

Should you buy it?

No, unless your budget simply won't stretch to the Spectre x360. The Yoga 730's mediocre display and disappointing battery life hold it back from receiving our Recommended badge.

Review here are saying not great ..

you're looking at a budget laptop.
ux330ua doesn't exactly have a great screen.

go ahead and get the ux330ua. it's a good, basic laptop.
if you like it, then there's no point looking around.

The difference is pronounced since, in that review, Yoga 730 is compared to more expensive devices. Battery life is lower because of the touchscreen.
If you don't need a touchscreen, just cross that out completely.

Go with Asus ux330ua or Ideapad 720s

I don't think there's a significant, meaningful difference at this price point.
Neither Lenovo or Asus is better than the other.
