Outstanding scanner. Scanned over 30K receipts and monthly bills. Excellent and zero issues. Bought one years ago with the Adobe Acro Pro bundle priced at about $100 more. You can still can scan to PDF with his model, but can't edit without PDF software. You can't go wrong with a scan-snap. This does not support TWAIN and you must use Fujtsu's software, which is free, regularly updated and no BS upsell crap.

I have the i1700 or something that's I bought years ago. I use it to batch scan front/backs of stacks of prints at 600dpi and also all my bills. I love this thing.

1 button operation.

Auto shut-off

Good OCR

Profiles you can setup once to do most things (Send to email, file, app, phones, etc).

I scanned all papers and went paperless using this device.

Good scanner. I bought for $360 in 2016 for my home office from PC Richards. Who else is selling this for $389? Amazon usually just price matches. That may be the better deal, depending on where you live.

I've been eyeing a Scansnap for over 3 years but just can't pull the trigger. Amazing that price point has not come down significantly at all

Thanks for sharing OP

Can't seem to go completely paperless. Some companies require the original copy.
