Are these any good? I need them for my toothbrush. Can't use reusable batteries in those.

I've always had very good luck with these in the past. That said, it probably depends on the vendor sourcing and whether it has changed over time. Risk you take with "house brand" batteries. I will continue to buy them when on sale.

I have gotten these a couple of times recently and they seem to vary a lot. The never last as long as the Amazon batteries I get for around the same price. Sometimes about 70% as long, sometimes only about 25%. So IMO I would get Amazon batteries instead, and they never seem to leak on me like a couple of these have.

Bummer, Amazon batteries have been great to me too. Good to know for next time.

That's what I got but paid $12 last time, they last so much longer I am buying some at that price and consider it a better deal for my mixed use. Example is automatic trash can lid, always 2-3 months with BB and 4-5 with Amazon. Was thinking price was closer though, sorry about that.

On one hand, much more expensive Duracells from Costco leaked pretty consistently.

On the other hand, none of these leaked but they lasted maybe 50% as long.

I may try Amazon batteries next

My wife uses AA batteries for glue guns at her workshops and insignia is always the longest lasting out of all the less expensive brands. We always buy a lot.

What does it mean when batteries 'leak?' I imagine the battery acid leaking from the battery. Or are you referring to the battery losing charge when it's in a device and the device is turned off?
