The reviews seems that there is a lot of failures and it's prone to issues for an AIO. Any opinions on this vs a good air cooler like the 212 EVO or Cryorig H7 which are the same price?

I would go air if I had to choose this for a AIO lol
I wasn't too please with it, nor am I overly pleased with any entry level 120mm AIO. You have to get to NZXT or Corsair H60 (and above) to get a decent quality product from the major manufactures when it comes to single fan AIO's.
I do however strongly recommend Arctic's 120mm AIO. It's phenomenal quality / value for the price (60-70USD)

Even old Corsair models are good imo. I've been using one for the past 4 years. No issues.

Thanks! Very helpful info. I'll pull the trigger on the H7 probably

I've had this on a 3770k and 8100. Temps never exceeded 50C.

Roll define a lot.

one, two? and what seriously do you think that is significant?

# of failures < # reviews << # of people who bought and didn't bother.

you should avoid this because you might be that guy who can't make an AIO play. smh

people dont really understand the impact of "negative reporting". You are more likely to report/review something if you had a negative experience with it.

More people buy "X", also has a higher chance of having a higher number of negative reports.

Get the Arctic freezer 33 esports one...$30. I just got it and it's pretty quiet.

Cpu cooling is not something you skimp on if you are overclocking. I have an NZXT double fan that has been running great in my build for four years now. I'm sure you can find something good around $90.
