They last way more then six hours. I use these daily on my commute and only have to charge them on the Friday. I get at least 10 or 11 hours before I get low bat signal.

These for sound, QC35 for noise cancellation. Hard to compare the two because they are really for different uses.

Battery Life: 6 hours continuous use (200 hours standby)

Not great for what new bluetooth headphone batteries are pushing nowadays

My first pair of cans were AT(M50s) and I still use them all the time, reviews on these are impressive. Would be nice to keep an extra pair at the office. Thanks (hopefully the wifey didn't already get my fathers day gift)

I get over 20 hours from Sony 950 bluetooth headphones with maximum bass and loud volume (just for comparison).

If maximum bass and loud volume are your thing then this headphone isn't for you anyway.

I think he's just saying his headphones get a lot more battery life compared to these, not saying that the sound/bass quality is better. 6-10 hours of battery life is pitiful for headphones this size.

If you want added comfort and isolation, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing the Brainwavz angled memory foam earpads. Amazon [amazon.com]has them for around $28 and they will turn an otherwise uncomfortable headphone into super cushy headphones.

I have the wired version of the WS99, and they sound great. It isn't really a bassy headphone at all; it is actually super clear in the mids and highs. It has bass, but it's not muddy or overly pronounced. Apparently this version sounds exactly the same when wired, and pretty similar on bluetooth. I had my wired pair since 2013 and they're still going strong. To get the bluetooth version of these for only 140 bucks is a pretty decent deal. If I hadn't just bought those Sony bluetooth headphones at costco, I likely would have picked this up.

Due note, if you want noise cancelling, go for the Sony headphones for $180 [costco.com] instead.

I have these headphones and love them. The Mic is OK, not suitable for gaming, but ok for phone conversations. Sound is great as well. One thing i wish i opted for is noise cancellation, so keep that in mind.
