Oof. Only a dual-core Atom-class CPU. Only 12 EU (execution units) on the GPU. That thing is going to be slow as hell, even if a SSD is added. If it was a quad-core CPU with 16EU like the x7-z8700 in the Surface 3, it wouldn't be quite as bad.

Even for basic tasks, this is going to be really weak.

Rating for the CPU at cpubenchmark.net [cpubenchmark.net] puts it at about equivalent performance of a Core 2 duo 1.6ghz. I can't comment on the GPU quality, but for non-video type use (e.g. web browsing and basic office tasks) it might be usable.

FWIW, it's essentially the same price for most at Amazon [amazon.com] (third party seller) since there's no tax with the latter, although of course with Wal-Mart, returns will be much easier.

Of course, once you add in the price of an m.2 SSD, you could have bought a good used laptop (without touchscreen, of course) that will allow you to do real work.

Bought it a week ago (also installed m.2 drive).

It's the same thing as Trekstor C11 (review [notebookcheck.net]).

Build quality is better than I expected for such cheap device. Speed is enough for simple tasks on the go (and, once again, is better than I expected). It has better performance per core than most of Atoms but less cores so I definitely recommend to turn off all background tasks, e.g., sync (and install ad blocker).

Obviously you can find much better deals perfomance-wise if you don't want to have small device and can go with 15" laptop.

I suppose if you need office it might be worth it.

Idk guys but that laptop is REALLY slow. Bought it last time. I've put m2 ssd, upgraded latest windows update and it was still damn slow even when you try to use one chrome page.

It is definitely slow and not recommended as a primary computer. This compares better to Chromebooks than it does the usual PC laptop. But it could be a great travel machine esp if you don't want to risk losing or beating up your current laptop. I like that it squeezes in some features you wouldn't expect at this price range. This thing is still under $200 after you buy a 120GB SSD for it.

I bought this laptop and have not returned it so far. It is slow, even with the M.2.
Pro, 1080p display, M.2 slot, Touch screen and 2-n-1, free stylus, Type-C port charging with 40W + adapter, decently loud speaker.
Con, Slow, battery life is rather short( <5 hours with youtube playing ). heavy side, small keyboard,.

I'm tempted because I want a computer with a stylus, but I know it's going to be disappointing performance wise.
