I know Sears is going down the tubes but they appear to be having fire sales to mix my metaphors.

The 19.2 C3 Combo Kit is on sale for 139.99 The cheapest I have seen it before was 169.99. AND you get $51.39 in cashback points.

Craftsman C3 19.2V 4-pc. Lithium Combo Kit Item # 00938618000 Model # 11404X

AND, the Craftsman C3 19.2V XCP High-Capacity Lithium-Ion Battery Pack
http://www.sears.com/craftsman-c3...35702000P?

This is normally $99.99 and you can get it for $49.99 AND $24.99 in cash back points. The best I've seen on this is like $79.99. - dead

Buy online and pick up at Sears or Sears hometown.

These are amazing prices for good tools. Ryobi makes these at present. I have a lot invested in the C3 line and so am loading up for once they quit making them...likely soon as Stanley Black and Decker consolidates the brand and Sears declares bankruptcy and folds. Soon I'm thinking. But these tools will last for a decade based upon the ones I have that are a decade old and still going.

Good prices, just make sure you understand the cashback situation before you buy. Seems the 50% back deal gives it to you spread out over multiple months, which is pretty crappy.

Yeah, they've been doing this more and more of late and it sucks. The Kmart $30 was in 3 installments - who has time for that?

Good pricing on these tools though I think the post is missing a link to the combo kit.

The get deal button goes to the combo, but nice to have the link in the body of the post.

Odd. The get deal button kept taking me to the battery pack.

The XCP price really is great. They have often have big points back on it (and all other batteries) but it's nearly always full price when that happens. I grabbed one like this last year when for a few hours it was 1/2 price and had 100% points back. I went to buy another one soon after and it was back to full price.

Good price on the kit for sure. No problem with the installments if you use points on a regular basis. Can be a drag if you just want to get them all and buy something quick.

I wish they would continue the 19/2 line. The trimmer, blower and hedge trimmer have been great for the past several years but if they dont update, I'll be looking at other tool lines like EGO or Greenworks. I also have the 19.2 drill, inflator etc.

It has been lower priced at times in the past, but the points back make the deal. Ignore the fear-mongering about Sears, essentially no risk of not getting the points. In the extremely unlikely event Sears did file, the points can be used at Kmart and are a first tier obligation.

Abandoned this line for Ryobi since support went down the tubes. Really liked the inflator, then they stopped making it and have no replacement parts.

Sears is desperate for foot traffic. This is to get someone / anyone to walk into the store. Hopefully, while you are there, you will purchase something / anything beyond the free point amount.

Pretty crappy and a bit risky, as you never know when they are going to fold and close shop for good.
...yeah... we never thought that would happen to Toys R Us and Babies R Us, either. But it did.

I wasn't offered 50% in points, but had $25 Freecash offer. Picked up the battery for $25!

Thanks OP
