Any experience with these? I have Viltrox III to Canon and it doesn't work very good, sometimes focus stops working and need to unmount/remount the lens and drains the battery of my A6300

Plan to use it with Nikon lenses

I hope people realize that this is a focal reducer and not just a regular adapter. So it takes a FF lens and squishes all those photons down to a APS-C sized image circle giving you one extra stop and all the creamy bokeh of a FF camera on your Sony APS-C camera. But you'll need FF EF lenses and not the cheaper APS EF-S lenses. So unless you have a 5D and a lot of lenses for it, there's really no point. Yes, some EF-S lenses will have a large enough image circle that it may work with little to no vignetting but that's rare.

Also the big problem with this adapter is the widespread reports that it will not focus to infinity with a lot of lenses.

As for the price, it's been $100 at B&H before, last Jan for example. Don't buy B&H saying it's $300 off and the regular price is $499. In Jan they said it was $100 off and the reg price was $199.

All in all though, if you don't have a focal reducer than $100 for a sometimes AF capable one is cheap. Cheap enough for a play focal reducer. If you find that it is what you want, step up to a Metabones for better performance and AF compatibility.

My guess is this is rebranded Viltrox EF-E adapter, the 1st version. Viltrox released EF-E version 2 earlier this year that's got a larger list of compatible lenses and even a USB port for firmware update. The new version of this adapter (Viltrox EF-E ii) typically goes for $100ish on ebay shipped from China, so I'd get that instead if you need an EF focal reducer.

I'm sure that's inscribed on the official SD crest or something.
