details/info is very minimal.
Only 3 reviews. Varying success with this brand per community but always tons of TUs/rep10 comments.
YMMV. Heavily promoted brand/ SD affiliate.
probably fine for cheapy item...but you're plugging it into your $500+ device.

I'm not usually one to swear off a brand, but Aukey has earned that dubious distinction when it comes to USB cables. I've given them more than three strikes over the years and far too many of them have crapped out in fairly short order (usually less than a few months) for me to ever waste my money again. Not worth the hassle to return just for another failure. Granted, those were mostly MicroUSB, but I refuse to get bitten again just because it's a newer cable type.

I have only had good experiences with Aukey. And these are the USB 3.1 Gen 1 cables that can do 5 Gbps and fast charging (versus to USB 2.0 compatible cables that can only do 480 Mbps). In for one. Thanks OP.

I'm certain you get what you pay for, but I've found C to C cables at Dollar Tree lately. Please don't ask me what they cost.

Just an FYI. Maybe crap, maybe an overrun from a decent producer that they got rid of wholesale?

Yeah, a lot of the deals are USB 2.0 cables, which I've been avoiding. These are USB 3.1 so that works out.

Listing and post carefully hide the fact that these are the usual skimpy short cables at 3 feet. Pass.
3' is standard. Short is your opinion. They sell longer cables if that's what you're after.

These are standard 3.3 feet/1 meter. You assume you get 4-6ft every time?

They're advertised as 5gbps. Since it's USB-Type C, by default it's USB 3.1 (as USB 3.0 is Type-A). Also Type-C 5gbps = Gen 1, whereas 10gbps = Gen 2.
