Just checked my Verizon Up account and it had a special Fathers day gift as a thank you to customers. Claimed my free $5 Lowes gift card. No verizon up Credit required. As with all these deals, YMMV.

You DO realize Verizon Up is collecting & monetizing the data on products and services that you use (and pay for) as well as far more personal stuff, "including location, web browsing and app usage." Verizon is making a LOT more money than the measly $5 that are giving you for giving them permission to harvest ALL your personal data??

FYI, you are screwing yourself over for a measly $5.

Ignorance is bliss. With doing away with Net Neutrality and Web consumer protections that were in place are now gone. The ISP you you used to post now has the power to do what you just warned against. 😕 TU op used on a spare line that just sits around.
