Bought 2 55" Hisense 4k models. Both looked like someone threw baseballs at them.

Sometimes I wonder if they purposely pack those refurbed TV's extra flimsy to collect insurance once you receive and return a broken TV in the mail.

Refurbs anywhere are a gamble. I recently ordered a Sony XBR series from Amazon and it came cracked. Anything that comes in generic boxes is a huge gamble. I was so disappointed to see a cracked TV. At least Amazon is generous with return in such cases and do pick ups too. Other retailers could become a nightmare in terms of customer service for such incidents...

Ordering a tv online is a bad idea unless is double boxed. I Had order one online and came cracked twice. I would suggest go to the store and pick it up

I bought one of these several months ago for the garage. Shipped in original box with all the normal packing material. Been working great, never had a problem with Samsung mfgr refurbs.

The only way I knew it was opened was a few faint finger prints on the back panel.

But refurbs are a bigger gamble on Walmart. They are notorious for terrible refurbs...whether it be packaging poorly, poor refurb program or just shipping issues, there are known for refurb issues.

Only 90 days which is not worth it. You can buy a separate one year warranty that's usually $69 if you'd like for extra protection.
