This is just about normal price for this model, you just get that bonus gift card here. Fry's has refurb models for $100 cheaper. You could actually buy one of those with a 3-4 year warranty and pay the same.

I ended up ordering a different TV with a similar rebate. The package was initially lost, but Dell kept insisting it was delivered and told us our only remedy was to file a police report. UPS ended up finding the lost package and it was delivered the next day but in poor condition and with a damaged screen. Dell customer service has been horrific, leading to me canceling the order rather than getting a replacement because it would take too long for our needs (3-5 business days plus shipping time) and I do not support companies with bad service. I do not recommend doing business with Dell due to their inept, rude customer service regardless of their deal. Buyer beware.

Bought this TV during the last promotion. This was previously compared to the Hisense H8C which I also own. My ex bought the Hisense H9D, this is nearly identical to the H9D. Other than the branding at the bottom and startup, this is identical to the H9D.

Phenomenal TV. Even was impressed with the built in speakers before I got my HT setup

upvoted. you know, the issue is that people will still go for the cheaper items despite rude customer service. Walmart would be the prime example.

I ordered this TV on the 15th and the gift card showed up on the page and in my cart. 3 weeks later and I never received my gift card. I contacted them and they're claiming the promotion ended on the 14th and they won't budge. The best they offered was a $50 gift card. Anyone have a screenshot of the offer on Dell?
