This deal is an excellent GPU for the money and would be much better for your uses than that old crap suggested by lukem5 and here's why: 4GB vram, drastically improved driver optimizations (Polaris vs Tahiti), Freesync compatibility, and it's new w/ warranty whereas the 7970(tahiti) from six years ago will be a mined out husk of its former self ready to go kaput at any moment.

Also, your GPU isn't soley to blame for the load times in pubg - that would be your hard drive and/or lack of ram (pubg is a supreme ram leaker). If you can spring for it in the near future, a 256GB nvme SSD (even an el-cheapo $60-ish adata sx6000) will fix your load time problem without the need to add expensive ram, while also making your entire system feel much quicker in day to day tasks.

Contrary to what the BB page says, according to XFX this is one of the "gimped" 560s with only 896 stream processors.

On a super budget here. have a 1.5gb gtx 580. Should I get this? Will it perform better.

Ryzen 5 1400
8gb hyperx fury
Gigabyte ab350 gaming mb

All I do is cs go and rocket league
Will start playing PUBG when the graphics can handle it. Right now by the time it loads match has started.

GTX 1050 would be the closest.

Performs a little bit slower than a 1050, but still requires a PSU connector. Fail for AMD

I'm not really seeing 7970s for less. Maybe if you can win an auction, but it's eBay so people are going to bid them to $3 less than a new one then pay $10 shipping.

I love how XFXs website says it supports crossfire but there is no crossfire connector on it.

Hmmm, my needs are modest, the most graphics intensive thing I do is Photoshop and that does not take much of a graphics card, but it would be a shame to put this into what is in every other respect a top of the line box (i8700k, 64g RAM, multiple SSDs, etc). Was thinking of a dual fan 1060 to get a bit of future proofing, but these are still running over $250.
