I got it last time and had to return it due to a ghost touch issue. It would boot up and then act like multiple fingers were touching all over the screen.
Be aware their shipping was slow and they never told me anything. When I sent the message via ebay that there was an issue, they waited until the last day given by ebay to respond, they said they didn't have anymore so they would refund, then waited until ebay's deadline to issue an rma and return label, then waited until the deadline from ebay for the refund. Took almost a month from order to refund.

I bought the x131e for ~$60 the other day to see what chromebooks were all about now I'm tempted to get this one also.

I got this last time it was at this price. When it arrived it looked brand new. I am very happy with it. Works well running multiple tabs and touchscreen is great. USB-C and also runs android apps.

Got this last time it was posted. Worked well, looked good... Until I noticed the screen glee on the side. Looks like maybe the screen was replaced poorly. One side is popped out causing white light to shine. Returning. Not upset about it. I would recommend taking a chance

Dang, the 720 kills it for me.
But good lookin' specs otherwise for an entry chromebook.

I got this the last time it was on sale. It's quite great for a Chromebook. The main problem I found was with Wireless printing. I could easily print directly from my phone, but for the Chromebook I had to set up Cloud print for my Canon, and the Samsung wireless printer was never detected.
4GB, Google Play Store, Asus quality, touchscreen, and durability make this a great choice.

I share the same opinion, if only this had 1080p I would bite in an instance!!

Google Cloud Print can be a real pain but ya do get good at it. I have to mess with both my Brother and Canon printers on a regular basis to keep them working with GCP. HP printers seem to work the best with GCP and almost never disconnect.

Heck of a deal, I had a very similar Chromebook in an Acer R11 and loved the heck out of it. This is extremely tempting but I ended up giving away the Acer because I didn't have a gap in my tech appliances that warranted keeping it.

Still, there's a lot to be said for a tiny touch screen Chromebook. If you don't already have a smaller laptop or a reliable tablet this is the best of both.

I'm also one of those "got it last time" folks. Gave it to my son and have not had any issues with it. Looked brand new when we received it. Activated without any problems. Excellent Chromebook. The screen resolution wasn't an issue either. It has a quality screen so the 720p wasn't a problem. Plus it helps save on battery life.

This is a great cheap laptop. At this size I can't tell the difference between 720 and 1080. Battery last all day.
