Are these new models that are good. Someone in a thread once said older models they wanted to get rid of had good chips but a bad controller that slowed everything down.

I ordered a 128MB Ultra Flair in late May. It shipped on May 30 and was due for delivery by June 6. I still haven't received it. Sandisk uses UPS Mail Innovations for shipping. Tracking shows it was received by the local post office on June 4. UPS says it was transferred. The post office says they never received it. Obviously the package is lost, and both UPS and the PO agree (although each blame the other party). Sandisk refuses to reship or refund as they claim it could take the PO up to a month to deliver. Sandisk is disreputable and not worth the time to order from.

This is another example of Sandisk's so-called customer service.
I private messaged you last week and haven't heard anything back.
It would appear that, like other manufacturers/merchants, Sandisk shows up on these board to do damage control and try to give the illusion that they give a damn about customers. I'm here to let you all know that they don't. Not on this forum, not when you call or email them.

Don't bother with Sandisk. It's a waste of time, you'll be frustrated, following up will be a huge waste of more time, and they'll jerk you around forever.

USB 2.0 or 3.0? Description says nothing about. Why would I need to do extra work to search for these? Let's say you got something differently, then Sandisk reps will use the original description to decide the outcomes. However, I do not want any hassles, and would rather ask to makes sure I am not getting scammed.
