I rarely hear anything positive about these RPG factory games past the first few hours. I'm holding out for Square to drop them a price that I'm more willing to gamble on. Somewhere around the $10 range.

They are just horribly generic with a terrible mishmash of RPG mechanics they never really bother to explain. I could never recommend either of their games, even at $10. There are better ways to spend you're money. There's no reason to waste your time just because you're desperate for a JRPG. I'd legitimately just consider finding something else to like before I'd recommend this.

Save your money and instead pre-order Octopath Traveler from Amazon.

You better grab a pillow for the first 30 minutes of the game. All that talking.
