You should know that this requires steam installed for it to work. This is usually ok if you work and game on the same pc. But if you have a different non-gaming computer you'll be unable to use display fusion without installing steam on it too.

Not a Steam user, but couldn't you just buy 4 single licenses and save an additional $5?

DisplayFusion Pro on Steam only needs to be installed through the Steam client, and then after that, it will run without Steam.

Are you sure? I kept having issues without loading steam when starting up. I transferred with Steam to a lifetime single user license shortly after.

While the sale on steam has ended the displayfusion website still offers 50% discount on their licenses.

$22 for unlimited personal computers + 1 work computer. Sounds still like a decent deal to me.

I've found Display Fusion to be essential if you have more than one monitor. At first I used it for purely aesthetic things like maintain different wallpapers on each screen, separate windows bar, different screensaver settings and a custom login screen. Then I discovered true power in its custom shortcut feature. DF will allow you to set a custom keypress combinations to move and resize windows. For example, I have shortcuts for sizing windows in half or thirds and moving them to the left, middle or right side of the screen. I have one for moving to the next screen. I also have shortcuts for toggling between audio outputs.
