I used this at work. It was really wobbly at times (due to design, you could essentially lift one end higher than the other by mistake). Constantly have to check if it's set in place. Then a screw came out for one of the risers - luckily I noticed it before I caused thousands in damage to my company owned assets. Had it less than a year. Now it's basically only trustworthy as a monitor riser.

I thought about putting boxes underneath it so I can have the peace of mind to use it as a standing desk, but ultimately this thing sucks and I shouldn't have to do that.

Great Deal! I was out on vacation when 5 of my co-workers ordered this last year using a $100 off the then selling price of ~$250. I set a camel alert for $160 and while it did hit that price several times I never bit. At $110 it's a no brainier.

I haven't used this yet but the people here raise / lower daily and have had no issues. We're a mortgage operations center so we have dual legal sized monitors and they fit fine.

Thanks OP. Bought this and the advertised HemingWeigh foot pad (you get another $5 off with code HEMMATS5 at checkout). My back has been killing me. My dentist also noticed tension in my jaw and neck muscles and said it was my desk/chair. Can't wait to try this out!

Ridiculous price if you look at how simple and thin the metal parts are, probably cost around $35 to make in China.

Seems like a lot of money for something to sit on top of my table or desk already

If it cost $35 to make it in China. When you add the cost of shipping it from China to the US, Amazon fees, cost of shipping it to your door, is getting close to $110

This is considered pretty cheap for standing desk setup. I have no clue why the setups are so overpriced.

Define cost to make?

In materials? Yes maybe, but what about the R&D, the employees that have to assemble it, etc etc.

People are lazily saying oh it's made in china, so it's crap, etc etc. Do you realize apple products are made in china? And that 1000 dollar iphone X probably only cost 100 dollars in parts to make, yet why are people falling over themselves to get one for a raping of 900 dollars!! wow.. we are all so stupid! smh..

Ah, I have this. It works pretty well for me, but please take a good look at how this unit does not give you much room to use your mouse. As it can be seen in OP's picture, you will not have much space for you to rest your palm on the desktop. I originally hated this feature but I had other ways to go around it and paid similar price to this, which was a steal at the time I purchased (few years ago).

Point made, but $358 is the latest estimated production cost for the iPhone x. 1/3 of retail price.

FYI I am 6'3" and raising my work surface 16-17 inches does not make a standing desk. I would either need two of these stacked on top of each other, or raise my regular sitting desk height and use a bar stool to make this work.

i'd say it's worth it to measure the difference in your sitting vs. standing eye level before buying anything like this.
