Yes as the S8+ takes USB C.

Just a note of caution. I know nothing about this brand in particular, but there are a lot of incidences of people using cheap/badly made charging cables with USB C on one end, or both ends, where the cable isn't built right and the phone/device ends up getting fried. Something to consider when going cheap on the cable to charge your very expensive device.

I totally agree, one of those cheap cables just broke my S8+ charging port. It happend while charging the phone, went to disconnect the cable and the metal tip came off and stayed stuck to the charging port. After removing it, phone no longer charges. Only thing left is do wireless charging or get a warranty exchange with a 175dlls deductible.

I have their headphone. It's quite good.

FWIW 18 month warranty on Tronsmart. I discovered this after a Tronsmart charger died after that time period.

That's great if the issue is the product stops working. But with bad USB C cables, they can destroy your device that you were charging, and the warranty does not cover damage to your $800 phone or laptop.

My understanding is you cannot tell just by looking at them. It's an electrical thing that requires some testing. Check out this article for more info https://gizmodo.com/cheap-usb-c-c...1757115350

But I didn't want to spend $20 on a USB-C cable. Slickdeals told me the $3.24 one was "good enough". LMAO

It is not on list. It doesn't mean they are bad.

It's your electronics. Do as you will. I'm just offering up some food for thought
