I already have my eye on the 570X at $159 from Microcenter. What's the difference on the 460X?

570 is slightly larger with a different honeycomb front panel design. Not much beyond that

Due to some review, look like 460x have some trouble with space behind the motherboard, not enough room for cable management and nothing to allow for internal optical drive.. Would recommend the 570x tbh

Luckily optical drives haven't really been since since 1950.

Cable management, yes. But who uses optical drive in 2018?

Nothing wrong with cable management, problem for me was using a Liquid Cooler in the top 120x2 fans with taller RAM modules, higher that Ripjaws V will not fit...

I built this with an asus z370-e, kraken x52 and low profile vengeance lpx 16gb ram. It looks amazing. Only minor issue was the cable management wasnt the easiest on the back side panel but its managable if you remove the SSD drive tray if you dont need it. I used an M.2, threw the hdd and ssd in the 3.5 in hdd slots
