I really like the Alienware 240's, if this has a similar panel then it's worth it.

Amazon is wrong. It is 2ms. GtG is in fact 2ms. It is 1ms WITH their motion blur technology enabled.

Curious- who needs 240hz monitor? 144 I get, although 75-90 would be enough for completely buttery smooth gaming experience.

Unless you're playing an FPS that is very competitive heavy, you don't. After seeing 144hz, I coukd never go back to anything lower. I was on 75hz. 240hz is really only if you want ti be on the bleeding edge, a streamer who is playing competitively, or a professional player. I've yet to see 240hz, so I can't comment on it, but past 144hz, dimishing returns start.

uhhh if you're wanting a competitive gaming monitor this is one of the better spec'd ones out there. Pro gamers usually play @ 1080p.
