Anybody have this? How is the quality compared to greenworks and some of the other comparable brands? Seems like a good deal for the price.

I have a pressure-treated lumber deck that was put in last fall. I have not had time to stain it yet and there are some boards which are starting to get a gray tint. Will this clean all the boards and make them looking new again so I can get some stain on them? Please advise.

Have the 4000 model which the only difference is it doesn't have the reel. Got it for 119 last fall and have used it a number of times no issues. If you are pretty good at organizing cords yourself, I would skip the added price tag and get the older model.

Got this as well, I've washed and stained a deck, a buddy has cleaned his pool skirt and I've washed the car with a foam lance on multiple occasions. It's done a great job and I like it far better than my 2400psi gas model.

I've used mine a number of times since the refurb deal on sunjoe website. It's a good pressure washer. The downfall that I found is that it goes through detergent like crazy even when both nozzles are set to low. It's got good enough gpm and psi for my tasks of cleaning deck with deck attachment, cleaning Siding and cars. Would highly recommend adding the 25ft extension although I haven't reeled mine up with the extension. It's just kind of a pain to drag around the cord, garden hose and PW hose. That's the benefit of gas is only two hoses to drag around.

Can 2000 PSI damage the deck or stain? I understand gas pressure washer (commonly 3200 PSI) could damage the wood if you do not use it appropriately. Is 2000 or 1450 still strong enough to do the same thing? I plan to use one to just wash the deck without re-staining it

It depends how close you put the nozzle to the wood. At 1600 psi I can shave little "hairs" into my deck if I'm not careful. Luckily they're easily removed by rubbing them off once they dry.

I've been looking into this to clean up a fence and 2000 is on the higher end of the wood pressure range, but still in range. Don't hold it too long in one spot and it should be good.

I remember reading anything above 1500 is overkill and can damage decks.

Grrr...still waiting for the SPX3500 to go back on sale. 2,300 PSI vs 2,030 for the SPX4001.

It's worth noting that this is listed under Home Improvement at WalMart, which currently is generating 10% at a top cash back site.
