$10.50 with S&S. Real simple profile, but effective as coffee replacement

Drink this instead of coffee. Cheaper too. 2 scoops and caffeine kicks in real well I must say. In for 1 laugh out loud

So I know this a totally weird place to post this, but I am planning to lose body fat since I am pretty much skinny fat. I am active, but consistency has been my problem and because of it I am currently estimating to be at 30% Body fat and want to cut down. Besides Protein powder and vitamins is this worth going for? And what about Creatine powder? I am fixing my diet and working out but just wanted to know whether or not to jump on supplements. Thanks

PS I know this is not bodybuilding.com

Caffeine pills are cheaper and just as effective as this garbage.

I'm on bb.com and am a 2x natty pro - so take my advice as you'd like.

Are you sure you're 'skinny fat'? 30% body fat is definitely NOT what I would call skinny fat, that's just fat fat. But then again, I know an estimation is just that, an estimation. At any rate, supplementation should literally be 5% of what you would consider to be helpful in your journey to lose weight and gain muscle. 95% of your results (or lack thereof) will be based on your eating habits and strength training at least 3x a week.

I like supplements and have tried everything under the sun that is OTC (no steroids/enhancements obviously). While some work to an extent; I would say the only helpful supplements are: Fish oil, multivitamin, creatine, BCAAs and protein powder. All the rest IMO is gimmicky - and I say that because I've literally taken all sorts of stuff over the years to try to help my gains.

As for amino energy, it's pretty good. I definitely think taking BCAAs intraworkout helps in endurance, and the extra bump of caffeine is helpful. for the price, it's worth getting.

p.s., get micronized creatine. It seems to be the best for curing any bloat that some report to experience.

Creatine is lame..it just adds water into your muscle fibers..as apposed to working out to get the same results.
... creatine isn't a replacement for working out... Also, this post isn't for creatine. Why try to spread misinformation?
