I know nothing about dolls and toys etc. I just saw this and ordered it for my niece who is turning 4 this august. Would this be a good bday gift? She seems more into jumping around and watching videos on laptop though. Is 4 too grown up for playing with these kind of dolls? Are kids these days not into stuff like this?

Pls help. TIA.

Thanks.

Another quick question is would this look like a cheap gift or does it really seem like something worth 25 bucks or more? I know the listed price says 49.99$ but I don't always trust that. Especially in a category I don't know much about.

The average price of this item per the amazon price tracker is $37. And that's the price it's at on amazon right now. Last 5 price changes before this were all around the $40 mark. This is a deal indeed.

Edit: woo, the blonde baby is back on amazon but standard packaging, much better for gifts (as opposed to throwing someone a box with the doll in it), scooped one for a friend! Bang bang!
