A-Team was already taken laugh out loud

Serious note - I'm running a gtx 1060 6gb. My monitor is 1080p, 144hz. Destiny 2 on nearly max settings hovers between 88 and 140fps. My goal is to just have it constantly max fps with max graphics settings. Would a 1070Ti accomplish this, or should I just go for the 1080? I'm not buying now as I have watched prices come down dramatically in the last few weeks, and I'm pretty casual about gaming due to being a busy adult, so I'm OK waiting until a bigger price drop due to the next gen coming out, whenever that happens. I will also be getting the new Battlefield when it comes out, and would like to achieve the same aforementioned graphical bliss.

thanks

Wondering the same on the fps too. I have a ryzen 5 1400 with rx 580 4gb with msi Bazooka b350m 16gb ddr4 2400 and when I play gears of war 4 on 1080 and set the fps to max 120fps it varies but when set to 90fps max it does not vary.

Also maybe because I have a Dell p2715q with a 60hz monitor? Any advice would be nice! Yes newbie here. 🤗

Monitor cpu and gpu usage during those <100 FPS moments. If gpu is close to 100%, then yes, gpu upgrade will help. If not, CPU is the reason. MSI afterburner is a great tool.

No diff on a 1080p 60hz monitor, you will just experience 60 FPS no matter what 60+ FPS you are seeing

Not worth it for you. Anything over 60 FPS your monitor can't display anyway.
