$5 off is better than $5 tickets. Tuesday will be free, and pre-matinees are less than a dollar.

Looks like they changed it again. Instead of 5 dollar tickets it's 5 dollars off.

Dunkin Donuts cards are always welcome. Can't believe they keep raising the price for movies though. I first got into the T-mobile Tuesdays thing last year or the year before at $2 atom tickets and now it's already at $5.

There are so many ways to get movies cheap, this $5 off is not even appealing to me at all. Between MP and AMC A List.

Ah I misread the post... Wow, the A-list thing with AMC is now looking much better if you go at least twice per month. My local AMC was renovated earlier this year and is well worth the ticket price even at retail (IMO). Getting those tickets at any discount is great since those new seats, sound system, projector upgrade, barriers between rows, etc. were definitely not cheap to renovate.

With the amount of money MP keeps losing, I'd be surprised if they survive through the rest of the year. AMC A list on the other hand... I think I'll need to sign up for a month or two just for the summer blockbusters.

I enjoy the 5 dollar tickets because we usually go see a night 3D movie. But the 5 dollar off will be nice with amc Tuesday deal. At the end of the day we are getting something for free so I am grateful

Wow, I haven't been keeping up with that thread at all... Didn't realize there was so much demand.

I'm in the atom app right now trying to see how much the tickets are on Tuesdays and it's showing up as regular price of $13 at night and $8 during the day for a standard viewing. Would be nice if the atom app applied the AMC Tuesdays deal to it to make it free but for most of us, I believe the cheapest we'll see for a standard viewing is $8-$5=$3 and you'd need to go earlier in the day.

EDIT: I stand corrected, the discount shows up during checkout, Thanks mhero18

I stand corrected, it's $5 all day for standard viewings at all AMCs. I checked the IMAX screening and it was $10 for the Tuesday deal. Anyone know how much of a surcharge Dolby Cinema is? According to the days where it's available, it looks like it's a $7 surcharge at my local AMC.

Is it $5 AMC Tuesday's for everyone? Or do you have to be some AMC member?
