The 'builder grade' faucets that came with my house were Glacier Bay. When one started leaking/dripping, I spent many hours trying to find replacement parts; It seems this is Home Depot's house brand and not very well supported.

After weeks I found a forum posting that said they were lifetime warranty, and only after contacting the provided phone number, was I able to get replacement parts for free. It was a pain, though.

Stay away from Glacier Bay faucets. As others have mentioned they are garbage. I own many rentals properties and made the mistake of using some Glacier Bay faucets. Every single one failed within a year. I found parts at a specialty plumbing store and they have worked since then but not worth the hassle. Cost more to fix them than it would have cost to buy a better one up front. They will fail quite quickly. Always had good experience with Moen, American Standard and Pfister.

Would you mind posting the phone number in case anyone else ever has problems? Thanks!

Purchased the pull down version. Ty. Been waiting for a deal on a decent pull down faucet.

To each their own. I think some of them look quite good. A few I think are just standard looking faucets like a neutral design.

I bought the Glacier Carla for $35 about a month ago. Probably wouldn't buy one for the house but perfect for a utility sink.
