Am I the only one that can't stand this "Free store pickup" verbiage? When is store pickup ever NOT free? It's an annoying code word for "no free shipping". Just say no free shipping or "pickup in store to save on shipping."

I agree, it is a clever way of saying, "make your local store purchase online."

These look pretty close to the ones I paid $30/pair for.

Yes you do. The way to avoid that is to have the clerk order it for you in the store. Then pick up is free. It means two trips to the store.

I found one valid reason for this phrase is that some sites do not offer in store pick up at all, depsite the fact that they could. The free part is hype (marketing) of course. They could just mention store pickup (BOPUS) is available. Some sites only will tell you you can go to the store to purchase. You get no reservation for your item(s). CVS comes to mind IIRC.

Where from? Did you get a good color, or black? Most of the time, black, or other dark colors (read HOT) are the lowest price on eBay, etc...

OP, I searched and found your post. I was about to post this with lower price of 2 for $62.50 AC.

I won't hijack and repost your deal like Daisybeetle did to me. She got FP while my post withered. Of course it is a popularity contest - make no mistake.
Mods refused to merge, even though the only difference was the 15% off.
