Doesn't look like an official controller. Pass.

You still need to press the button on the unit to save/reset/change games, so my solution was to just buy 25ft HDMI cable and use my phone charger and keep this next to my couch when I am playing.

Since controller is not OEM, I'd pass too. If you have SNES, you can use SNES controller for 2nd player.

I took a shot. I'll let you know when I get it in about 3 months. 😆

Are there official extension cords? Or do I need to buy 3rd party ones like this? Any recommendations? Thanks

I see. I'll probably do the same. Thanks. BTW, what is the phone charger used for?

Thanks, I finally opened the thing and realized it. I didn't know it could be powered that way.

It's not much different then a raspberry pi... just more expensive and "official." Really intended for the collectors out there, but that's why I bought one.

Currently, I have mine set up with a 25 foot hdmi cord and also use a usb extension cable for the power. However, I did buy Nyko 6 foot extensions for the controllers from Target (haven't arrived yet).

$4.09 each

Even though I'll have to get up to hit the reset button, I think I'll enjoy the setup with the nyko extenders better.

I thought about using a wireless hdmi setup that I have. I also thought about eventually getting some wireless controllers, but I like the idea of using wired controllers on the nes for "realism" LMAO

Is there a way to connect 4 controllers to snes or are all games only 2 players? Would've been cool if they changed some games to 4 players but i know thats not realistic.
